Pay Rent Online

University Suites, LLC has partnered with Yardi Portal to allow residents to view their ledger and pay their balances online by check or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. They can also sign up for automatic scheduled rent payments. A convenience fee will apply when paying by credit card.

Yardi Portal also allows you to complete work orders, see upcoming events, and obtain important messages from the Property Manager on the bulletin board. Residents may also update their email address and phone numbers.

Yardi Portal is a reliable, accurate and confidential way to have payments processed and paid. Residents will receive an email notification of all payments when processed and confirmation of work orders placed online.
