What is the procedure for subleasing or releasing the townhome?
*It is the responsibility of the resident to find someone to take over their lease. Releasing is only possible if the replacement resident pays the application fee,administrative fee, security deposit, completes all required paperwork, and signs a lease prior to the scheduled move in day of the resident wanting to be released from their lease. As for subleasing, there is a $200 sublease fee that must be paid as well as an application and sublet paperwork that must be signed off on by the roommates and management prior to move in of the sub.
To assist in this process, the leasing office will keep an updated list of people who wish to sublease or release and residents looking for someone to sublease or release. *
