How much is the application fee and deposit?
The application fee is $35 per resident. The security deposit is $250. The security deposit must be in a separate check. The non-refundable Administrative fee is $100. The balance of the securtiy deposit will be refunded within 45 days of move-out provided the townhome is left clean and free of damage.
