What is the lease term?

Usually begins in August.

3 & 4 Bedroom Townhomes are $525.00/month per bedroom

What utilities do residents pay?

Residents are responsible for electricity, phone and any cable service beyond the provided standard cable service.

How much is the application fee and deposit?

The application fee is $35 per resident. The security deposit is $250. The security deposit must be in a separate check. The non-refundable Administrative fee is $125 . The balance of the securtiy deposit will be refunded within 45 days of move-out provided the townhome is left clean and free of damage.

Are pets allowed?

As a courtesy to our residents, no pets are allowed in the community.

What is the procedure for subleasing or releasing the townhome?

*It is the responsibility of the resident to find a replacement resident. Upon acceptance by all other Roommates, the replacement resident pays the application fee, security deposit and completes all required paperwork. To assist in this process, the leasing office will keep an updated list of people who wish to sublease or release and residents looking for someone to sublease or release. *

How does the roommate matching service work?

We encourage our residents to locate their own roommates, however, we do offer a service to those applicants who need assistance in locating roommates. Profile sheets with detailed information about prospective roommates is kept on file in the leasing office. The management staff will assist you in locating roommates if you need assistance.

Our clubhouse with fitness facility, Pool Table, big screen TV, swimming pool, and tanning beds, will provide you with a lifestyle you deserve. Each townhome has a patio for your outdoor enjoyment. We care about our residents and pride ourselves on responding to their needs.

What appliances come with the townhome?

Each townhome is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, range, microwave, food disposal, and ceiling fans in both upstairs and downstairs living areas.

Is University Suites furnished or unfurnished?

Each townhome is partially furnished and comes with a built-in desk and double platform bed frame and two set of dresser drawers in each bedroom and a built-in TV/entertainment center.

Will University Suites have on-site management?

Yes, our on-site management and maintenance staff pledges exceptional service to all residents.

What is the lease term?

Most leases begin in August and end in August. Renewing residents will not have to vacate the townhome. Our leases are individual leases and you are only responsible for your rent. Ask about our May to May leases.

How much is the rent?

What utilities do residents pay?

Water, sewer, cable with HBO and Showtime, internet and electricity is all included with your rent. That means you only pay ONE bill a month!

Leasing for Fall has begun!

Our townhomes are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. We are currently accepting applications. It is important that prospective residents reserve their space for Fall as soon as possible. Only a limited number of units will be available this year!

How much is the application fee and deposit?

The application fee is $35 per resident. The non-refundable administrative fee is $125. The security deposit is $250 and must be received in a separate check. The balance of the securtiy deposit will be refunded within 60 days of move-out provided the townhome is left clean and free of damage. Call about our specials!!

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we do allow small pets. Please contact the rental office for details.

What is the procedure for subleasing or releasing the townhome?

It is the reponsibility of the resident to find a replacement resident. Upon acceptance by all other roommates and once the replacement resident pays the application fee, security deposit and completes all required paperwork, the original resident can sublease. To assist in this process, the leasing office will keep an updated list of people who wish to sublease or release and residents looking for someone to sublease or release. A reassignment fee equal to one month’s rent is required.

What is the difference between a townhome and a garden apartment or condominium?

Garden apartments and condominiums are usually 3 story in nature, meaning you will have neighbors above and/or below you that could infringe on the quiet enjoyment of your residence. After many years in the student housing business, we have designed floor plans that give you maximum privacy and space without neighbors above or below you. The townhome concept also allows parking in front of each townhome unit instead of large common area lots farther away from your apartment. University Suites is located 3 blocks from CCU campus on Technology Drive. And just 2 blocks from Horry – Georgetown Technical College.
Conveniently located near shopping, restuarants, AND THE BEACH !

What size are the apartments? How many bathrooms?

Our 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath townhomes give each student a large private bedroom suite with a private bath and walk-in closet.
All of our bedrooms are available for single occupancy only and are aprx. 420 square feet.

What makes University Suites "THE" place to live?

Our townhome style of living offers students more space and privacy than garden apartments, dorms or condominiums. Each townhome has a huge patio for your outdoor enjoyment. Our location is unbeatable! We are located just 1/2 mile from campus. Our management staff cares about our residents, and we pride ourselves on responding to their needs. We have many free amenities including a swimming pool, tanning, 24hr fitness center, 24hr computer lab including printer, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and monthly FREE Food Fridays.

Each townhome includes a full size washer and dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, range, microwave, food disposal, and ceiling fan in the living area and each bedroom. Blinds are included on windows.

Are University Suites furnished or unfurnished?

Each unfurnished town home includes a full size platform bed frame in each bedroom.

Fully furnished units are available for an additional charge. Furniture package includes : Full size Platform Bed Frame, 4-Drawer Dresser, Night Stand, Desk, Chair, Couch, Chair, End table, Coffee table, TV stand, 3 bar stools, dining table and 4 chairs.

What is the lease term?

$515 per person per month for UNFURNISHED
$545 per person per month for FURNISHED

What utilities do residents pay?

None. Our complete utility package is INCLUDED in the RENT! Landlord Pays electric, water, sewer, trash, upgraded cable, and high speed internet. There is a $150 electricity cap on each townhome.

Now taking applications for spring and fall of 2012-2013

Our townhomes are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. We are currently accepting applications for 2012-2013 term. It is important that prospective residents reserve their space for Fall as soon as possible. A group will be allowed to secure a townhome once all have completed the required paperwork and paid the application fee and administrative fee.

How much is the application fee and deposit?

The application fee is $35 per resident, the non-refundable administrative fee is $100, and the security deposit is $200. The balance of the securtiy deposit will be refunded within 30 days of move-out provided the townhome is left clean, free of damage and there is no balance on your account.

Are pets allowed?

As a courtesy to our residents, no pets or “visiting” pets are allowed in the community.
